Kevin Winter, Assistant Curator at the National Civil War Centre will lead a Civil War tour of Newark. Explore some of the famous places that were at the heart of key events, ending in the impressive Queen’s Sconce.

The tour will be on footpaths around the town and out to the Queens Sconce. Mobility scooters could be used during the tour and most of the tour is suitable for wheelchair users, apart from access to the upper floors of the Governor’s House and access onto the Queens Sconce on arrival at Sconce & Devon Park.
